A veritable institution in town, the Bokit d'Or's big white truck, set up on Place de l'Eglise, still has a reputation for delighting its customers with tasty bokits. These typical Guadeloupean sandwiches are fried in oil (but not fat) and come with a choice of fillings. You'll also find agoulous (brioche-style bread, not fried), crêpes and hot sandwiches. Many regulars come here to enjoy the food, and the atmosphere around the truck is always festive, which makes you want to come back!
