AKA BERTA
This tea room is a veritable time machine. In homage to her mother, a well-known pastry chef in Le Moule, Marie-Line offers traditional pastries that have sometimes fallen into oblivion: country/coconut apricot puff pastry, gros doucoune, old-fashioned coconut pâté, prune or raisin pudding, shortbread and rochers, accompanied by hot or iced tea withatoumo, mango and other herbs from the Creole garden. Not to be missed: homemade coconut milk sorbet, traditional chodo or cinnamon-flavored hot chocolate with a stick of kako.
