This is the Damoiseau Rum shop which is on the same site as the distillery which houses a windmill dating from the 18th century. On site, a varied selection of rums (including cubed rum), of course, but also drum syrup, recipe books, customised glasses... and many other local products, as the shop has expanded and offers more and more choices of souvenirs to take back with you from your stay. You can taste the different rums (white, amber, old, punch...) before making your choice.

Après avoir fait un crochet par les plages du Moule, et avant d'aller se dégourdir les pattes au Shiva, n'hésitez pas à faire un crochet à la boutique du Rhum Damoiseau. Un des tout meilleurs rhums de Gwada pour moi (Avec Longueteau et Bologne), et je ne suis pas le seul à le dire, vu les nombreuses médailles d'or remportées. Hormis le traditionnel rhum blanc, vous trouverez une variété assez exceptionnelle de liqueurs ou autres rhums d'exception ici. Un petit trésor.
