The building is easy to spot thanks to its yellow facade. As part of its commitment to eco-responsibility, Bokit Center uses local suppliers, seasonal fruit and vegetables and recyclable packaging. Bokit is a Guadeloupean specialty made from yeast-free bread dough fried in oil. You compose your own bokit, choosing the dough (classic or with turmeric) and the filling, thanks to a wide choice of ingredients to suit all tastes and diets.
