This restaurant was created by Marius Phéron, master restaurateur and former chef of the Sucré Salé restaurants in Pointe-à-Pitre, who passed away in 2024. The à la carte menu features inventive local cuisine based on local produce. Although located in a commercial zone, the restaurant, surrounded by greenery, is dedicated to relaxation. A platform gives access to a large fromager, a tree also known as kapok, mystical in Guadeloupe, which produces cotton-like flowers. The restaurant also has a rooftop and a private lounge.
