Taonaba means "swamp and flooded forest" in the Caribbean language. This environmental and tourist development platform extends along a 1.5 km long trail. It also includes a museographic and scientific area dedicated to coastal wetlands. Swamps, wet meadows, mangroves, swampy forest... can be discovered here during a walk on a grating. The wet meadows bordering the canal allow you to observe the flora and numerous birds.
