AUBERGE DU CEZALLIER
Terrace inn with an à la carte kitchen offering local dishes.
In the heart of the highest village of the Cantal and the Cézallier massif, the Auberge du Cézallier welcomes today a young couple of managers: Antoine, originally from Sancy, is in the kitchen, and Kim, a Filipina, is in the dining room. In their image, the menu is mixed and proposes local dishes of soil (truffade, stuffed cabbage...) and three proposals (starter, main course, dessert) of Asian dishes. Kim's egg rolls are a pure delight and the multiple flavors of her fish explode in the mouth. In summer, a beautiful terrace overlooks the village square. The inn offers 4 rooms.
