Claude Strazel, a Guadeloupean chef who officiates at La Table Saint-Charles, has a very good reputation. He manages other renowned restaurants on the island with his wife Léna and his son (La Table de la Mer - Yacht Club in Pointe-à-Pitre and La Table de Léna in Jarry). The gastronomic dishes offered oscillate between Caribbean flavors and products from elsewhere. The restaurant has a beautiful setting and a view on the natural swimming pool of the hotel.
