The flower market is located on the forecourt of the Church of St. Peter and St. Paul, also known as the Cathedral of St. Peter and St. Paul. It's an impressive sight, with a profusion of colors in the form of parrot beaks, balisiers, porcelain roses, heliconias... Many Guadeloupeans, who are devout Catholics, go there to make offerings of flowers. You can buy tropical flowers or plants to take with you in the hold, or have them delivered directly to the airport in suitable packaging.
