Overall good experience except they wanted to charge me 45 euros because there was a bit of sand on the driver's side floor. He refused to waive the fee but reduced it to 15 euros. I do not believe it should be the customer's responsibility to clean the car (unless of course it is beyond normal usage), especially on an island where a bit of sand is to be expected. On Martinique I rented from Budget and did not have this problem. I am on vacation - the hotel does not expect me to clean my own room, so why should the rental car company?

Voiture propre et bien entretenue même si je trouve que le tarif reste relativement élevé (36€ la journée pour une Fiat Panda). La société a des horaires d'ouverture très contraignantes pour les touristes qui peuvent (comme nous) perdre une matinée de vacances pour rendre la voiture et récupérer la caution. L'agence n'est pas ouverte entre 12h et 16h et vous pouvez arriver à 10h et n'avoir personne au bureau. Ce n'est pas professionnel du tout.

Netter freundlicher Vermieter. Guter Preis (65€ für einen Tag). Haben uns direkt vor Ort nach einem Auto erkundigt und haben das letzte verfügbare (Nissan Micra in sehr gutem Zustand) bekommen.

Rückgabe lief reibungslos.

Durch die Nähe zum Hafen empfiehlt sich die Vermietung für Cruise Reisende. Außerdem muss man auf Grund der Lage nicht in die enge Stadt fahren
