Caribbean cuisine restaurant serving seafood dishes.
For more than 30 years, the restaurant Chez Evelyne has been a sure value to discover the West Indian cuisine, prepared mainly with seafood but also a fricassee of cabri or a beef rib. From fish, through lobster, lambi, budgets, clams and sea urchins, the chef Evelyne treats her guests in the purest tradition with home-made dishes. For dessert, the Coco sur patate (a tasty coconut sorbet on a bed of sweet potato jam) is particularly appreciated. The sea view is a plus.
