GWOT AN NOU
An address not to be missed with an original decoration proposing a Creole kitchen.
A must-try address for discovering Creole cuisine, with a few evolving notes from chef Alain Jarny: fish-coffre salad, lambi dombrés, chatrou fricassee, fricassee de la mer, local pork or beef stew, fish court-bouillon, grilled lobster... served with rice and red beans, or sweet potato mousseline... The chef's specialty, stuffed ti (with lambi or fish), is a must-try! The service is fast and the welcome warm, in this originally decorated "grotto". Takeaway service available.
