XPERIA
Restaurant with a vintage musical atmosphere and creative cuisine revisiting traditional recipes and those from elsewhere.
This beautiful wooden Creole hut from the 1940s is home to a brand-new restaurant that promises unique taste experiences! Guadeloupean chef Emmanuel Laupen offers a Franco-Caribbean-Asian fusion cuisine in 6 discovery dishes. On Thursdays, the restaurant invites artists, singers, poets and slammers to accompany you on a tapas evening. The mojito is available in highly original forms (pepper syrup, tamarind syrup...). The atmosphere, in this vintage decor, and the dishes will transport you for an evening.
