Unfortunately, Passion Overseas forgot to move our transfer After 10 a. m., it took us wait 2:30 a. m. in the airport To send us the information Many phone calls had to be issued by other tour operators and by ourselves and the airport info service! And, finally after 2:30 minutes a taxi arrived, however, we had settled these transfers and had to be expected Not a word of apology No compensation Our record was badly classified, that's what I noticed the next morning when the delegated person was looking again in it; ; ; ; ; His papers However Passion overseas indicated that he was not mandated!!! nous sommes fortement déçus de cette prestation :
visite Pointe à Pitres presque nulle
repas dans un endroit triste avec un menu sans entrée et sans dessert ( pour les derniers dont nous étions ) sous forme de buffet servi avec aucune aimabilité
nous étions une trentaine et fort déçus , René notre guide sans reproche a été averti ..il a même fait suivre l'info
évidemment pour nous il est trop tard mais pour les futurs voyageurs renseignez vous bien avant de prendre une prestation à cette agence
