CHEZ MIMONE
In just a few months, this restaurant has become a must in Saint-Louis, thanks in no small part to the quality of its cuisine. There's no set menu here, and the dishes (a minimum of 3 a day) change daily according to Mimone's mood. Colombo of local cabri, fresh grilled fish, pork chop with mushrooms, chicken fricassee, lambi, served with salad and local accompaniments. Desserts are also homemade (giraumon flan, coconut flan, chocolate cake...). The location near the sea is very pleasant. Mimone also offers self-catering accommodation in Grand-Bourg.
