An excellent address for Creole black pudding, which we consider to be the best on the island! The artisan is present at the Sainte-Anne market on Saturdays and Sundays. His stalls feature wood-fired boudins in a variety of flavors: fish, lambi, cod, giraumon, papaya... They are sold hot, ready to eat, or cold for reheating at home. Don't wait until late morning, or you'll run out of puddings. Also available in Abymes, Petit-bourg and Basse Terre.
