Opened to the general public for the first time just a few months ago, you can now visit this industrial site in an immersive experience, where every stage of production is revealed to you. The distillation museum plunges you into 160 years of history. You'll discover emblematic objects, including the old railway bridge used to transport sugar cane, and a collection of copper distillation columns that bear witness to the know-how of yesteryear.
