A vanilla farm in the state forest of Sainte-Rose offering a guided tour of the production process.
Since 2008, Cédric Coutelier has been producing organic vanilla in partnership with the Office National des Forêts. His production won gold medals at the Paris Salon de l'Agriculture in 2020 and 2024. He offers a guided tour of his farm, located in the heart of the Sainte-Rose national forest. Over the course of 3 hours, you'll discover the different stages of production, the unique traditional "griffage" techniques and his handcrafted products (vanilla extract, planifolia black vanilla, pompona vanilla).
