The brand is produced at the Domaine de Séverin in Sainte-Rose. It offers a range of original and tasty mustards, flavoured cane vinegars, spicy purees, preparations for cod or ouassous pasta, banana or coconut fritters, or spices for desserts... To test: their spicy sauces to spice up your dishes, including one, for the most sensitive, which has the flavour of chilli without the spiciness. You will find these products in grocery stores and supermarkets on the island in the local produce section.

Des saveurs locales avec un grand choix
Hélas, sur le domaine le matériel de la distillerie a été déplacé au Moule, la visite est donc plus courte.. cependant vous pourrez sans doute y voir les tas d'oignons pour constituer la célèbre créoline, tant imitée mais jamais égalée..
