This restaurant has a beautiful location right on the water, 150 meters from the pier. No need to tell you about the view on the bay when you are on the terrace! The menu, although limited, is inventive and oriented towards shellfish and fish. It mixes French cuisine and West Indian flavors with dishes like the tuna confit, the fish brandade with sweet potato, the chicken dove and their inevitable and delicious mango soufflé... Ti Kaz La is a gourmet restaurant located in Terre-de-Haut, by the sea. Set in the Bay of Les Saintes, with your feet almost in the water, it invites you to savor delicious, original dishes to the rhythm of the waves. Made with passion, they are the result of French cuisine revisited with fresh produce and selected spices. On our short, regularly renewed menu, you'll discover that fish and seafood play a major role. Pork, lamb and chicken are also presented in beautiful, flavorful recipes. To end the meal on a sweet note, the warm mango soufflé is unanimously appreciated. And as the pleasure of the eyes precedes that of the taste buds, from starter to dessert, the plates are laid out with particular care. You can also indulge in a Ti Kaz, the house cocktail, the Vieille Anse, a clarified cocktail made with local honey, or a house punch. A gastronomic experience well worth the detour!

Das Soufflé ist wirklich ausgezeichnet, mit der Vorspeise bestellen da es lange dauert.
Der Wein war gut aber es könnten mehr Auswahl in den Herkunftsregionen geben.
Service sehr freundlich aber etwas überfordert wenn das Lokal voll ist.
Es war ein schönes Erlebnis, dass einen hohen Preis hat. Die Preise sind für die Karibik trotz guter Qualität sehr hoch.
La cuisine y est excellente , les entrées et plats sont raffinés . Le vue depuis le restaurant est splendide .
