Restaurant with feet in the water whose dishes mix with happiness French cuisine and West Indian flavors.

This restaurant has a beautiful location right on the water, 150 meters from the pier. No need to tell you about the view on the bay when you are on the terrace! The menu, although limited, is inventive and oriented towards shellfish and fish. It mixes French cuisine and West Indian flavors with dishes like the tuna confit, the fish brandade with sweet potato, the chicken dove and their inevitable and delicious mango soufflé... In short, a beautiful culinary stop in a relaxing setting.

bien situé. recettes originales mais parfois trop accentuées. prix élevés pour des produits locaux ou de très moyenne qualité (fromage utilisé par exemple). vu sur le chef et son staff en cuisine pendant le repas dérangeante.

Too bad! Three years ago, we had dined in an exceptional way in this establishment. This year, large disappointment and plenty of " triche" ! Except the choice of several rums, among the best for aperitif and accras of very good quality (not house and of Saint), a fish sauerkraut misleading: large shrimps (probably frozen) as a ouassous, the red mullet and mussels (which have nothing saintois) and fish (local?) overcooked and dotted with red berries (also exotic in Guadeloupe)... not to mention the qualified vegetables from " locaux" : turnip and carrots instead of bananas plantain, christophines and others let us giraumons... Really shame. As for the dessert the flan with coconut is straightforwardly deciduous and without old announced rum. Poor wine (it is unfortunately current in Guadeloupe) and bill nevertheless high: € for two. Fortunately, there are other tables with Saint...
