Îlet with two coves, Grand Étang and Colibris, home to bird species and sea turtles.
Grand Îlet, uninhabited and wild-looking, is home to two quiet coves, Anse du Grand Étang and Anse des Colibris. It's a veritable Eden for divers. The islet is home to many species of birds (including frigate birds, pelicans, gannets, terns, etc.) and various species of crabs. Its waters are also frequented by sea turtles, who come here to breed. At 165 meters above sea level, it is the highest islet in Guadeloupe.
