LES ROCHES GRAVÉES DE LA RIVIÈRE DU PLESSIS
Landscaped site in a horticultural region, a nursery of medicinal and ornamental plants, flowers and tropical fruits.
The site is home to rocks engraved by the Amerindians. You can discover their symbols and the faces of their deities. Some rocks are located on the river's edge, others in the riverbed. The engravings are best seen when the rocks are wet. Educational panels provide details of these rocks and their location. Other engraved rocks can be seen at the Parc archéologique de Trois-Rivières (closed for renovation).
