J'ai acheté un sac en osier et en " cuir". Après, l'avoir porté 2 fois. Il s'est effrité. J'ai été pour avoir un un geste commercial. On m'a répondu que non même après avoir confirmé l'état. La boutique ne faisait pas de remboursement et ni d'avoir. Aucun geste. Un sac en mauvais état après 2 fois portée. Donc poubelle pour moi. Ce qui me déçoit c'est la politique de la boutique. Sous prétexte que ka gérance est au Brésil et que c'est une petite entreprise artisanale qui vend des produits d'ailleurs en Guyane. Je déconseille fortement. Très mauvaise qualité et un service client déplorable.
