A must for excellent home-cooked Caribbean and Haitian cuisine. The restaurant moved after the covid to a splendid renovated Creole mansion with terrace, located on Avenue de la Liberté. Here you'll find local dishes such as fricassées de cochon bois, iguana or gambas au lait de coco. The flavors are local, spicy and in a pretty setting. Takeaway dishes are also available. Please allow a certain amount of time for your dishes, as this adds a touch of authenticity... But above all, it's a guarantee of quality!

Nous avons commandé des fritailles, on nous a dit que c’était trop long à préparer et on nous a recommandé les bananes pesées uniquement avec une viande. On a accepté, un plat est arrivé avec des frites… erreur de la serveuse… pour finir notre plat était super sec ! Vraiment déçus, seul le cocktail était bon. Mais nous ne sommes que des touristes…

Personnel super sympa, à notre service. A Paris ou dans le sud de la France, le client n'est plus roi, en Guyane le client est roi.
