This is the restaurant of the eponymous hotel. A true Cayenne institution, it is a vast brasserie housed in a Creole building dating from 1830, with a lovely terrace overlooking the Place de Palmistes. Behind the large service room, open to the four winds, is a pleasant courtyard. On the menu: salads, grilled meat and fish, fried mussels... But it's above all for the chef's pizzas, drizzled with homemade hot sauce. Crepes and ice cream sundaes round off the meal. Cosmopolitan and historic.
