Located at the end of Avenue Voltaire, Partagas is the place to go for a taste of traditional French cuisine infused with exotic flavors. The lunchtime formulas are a good opportunity to try out the chef's talents at a good price: lardon and feta salad or salmon mousseline for starters, poultry fillet with mushroom-cognac cream or braised acoupa with basil beurre blanc for the main course... For dessert, we recommend the praline crème brûlée! Meticulous presentation and service, and a fine wine list.

Bonne adresse avec une cuisine très bonne mais pas forcément très guyanaise.
Nous y avons très bien mangé dans une ambiance feutrée agréable.
Le personnel sait se faire discret tout en étant présent.
