On the plate, we're dealing with French cuisine, yes, but made from local and - as far as possible - seasonal produce. Alongside simple, well-executed traditional dishes, the chef offers some rather original, more local suggestions. For a hearty meal at a good price, Morpho is all about simplicity and good humor.
