Le Céjo is a wonderful new addition to Montabo! Since January 2024, this establishment has been set up facing the sea. A terrace lets you enjoy the view, but the large dining room is not to be outdone, with its huge bay window and exposed beams. On the plate, it's a similar story: the choice is limited, but the dishes are very well prepared, with generally 2 meat and 2 fish options. Chef Pardonipade Johan is also a member of the Toques Guyanaises, a label that promotes local gastronomy, and he does it wonderfully.

Le prix n'est pas à la hauteur de mes attentes. Je suis venue un soir. J'ai commandé une caipirinha. Il est conseillé de retirer la peau du citron pour l'amertume et y mettre de la glace pilée au lieu des glaçons traditionnels.
L'ambiance ne correspond pas à un restaurant gastronomique. Un brouhaha règne constamment.. en fermant les yeux on se croirait dans une cantine scolaire

étant une véritable explosion de goûts. Les produits utilisés étaient d’une fraîcheur irréprochable, ce qui a grandement contribué à la qualité des mets. De plus, le cadre et la décoration sont tout simplement magnifiques, ajoutant une touche d’élégance et de confort. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette expérience culinaire inoubliable. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant à tous les amateurs de bonne cuisine !
