The Fitness Plaza concept comprises two establishments in Cayenne and Matoury. You'll find excellent sports equipment, an XXL choice of classes, trained and competent coaches and regular promotions. A free fitness assessment is offered on arrival. Access is unlimited, 7 days a week, with no obligation. Several areas are available: weights, cardio and sauna.
