Inn held by a great passionate of cooking in Montsalvy.
The inn has been run for many years by Jean-Pierre Courchinoux, a great cooking enthusiast. You will appreciate finely cooked dishes such as his papillote of boneless duck leg with foie gras on a bed of hay, his filet mignon of "téchou" (farm pork) a la plancha or his filet of pollack with its potato crush. To conclude, a pear financier with pistachio custard... Delicious. This very good address, to remember for your stay in the Cantal, also offers seven rooms.
