After opening a restaurant in Cayenne's new Hibiscus district, the Wood is back on the Kourou waterfront. An eco-responsible space, the Wood favors recycling for the furniture (everything is made of wood) and local companies for the food. On your plate, you'll find shrimp or fresh fish kebabs, an excellent homemade fish burger (250 g of crumbled red acoupa fillet), fish tartare and the signature Wood Fish dish, made with ripe banana patties, acoupa fillet and a small fresh salad!
