A place with many faces, as it serves as a bar, restaurant, grocery store and hotel! Nestled in the heart of the commune of Maripasoula and run by the emblematic Madame Dédée, it's as much a place to eat as it is a place to take the temperature of the town: there's no better way to get a glimpse of daily life in the village than to sit down here! What's more, the Creole cuisine is infused with French influences (or is it the other way around?) and is a true delight. To eat in or take away.

Correct mais un peu cher
Les portions sont copieuses et la cuisine est bonne mais chère. 17 euros le menu qui comprenait petite salade en entrée et le choix entre 2 ou 3 plats. Service long.

Lieu très typique de Maripasoula. On est reçu par un patron très nature qui vous mets tout de suite à l'aise. Le repas, bien que très simple, fut sympathique. Par contre, pas de menu, le patron fait avec ce qu'il a sous la main ce jour là.
Nous en gardons un souvenir inoubliable car unique.
