ICHIBAN TATAMI

Following on from the Sushi Express takeaway restaurant just across the street, the Ichiban family is expanding in Rémire with a concept that's totally new in French Guiana! At lunchtime, in the downstairs dining room, you can enjoy sushi, ramen and poké brought to you by a little cat-headed robot. Upstairs, you'll need to make a reservation to sit down for the evening on a tatami mat, a veritable private Japanese lounge, for 2 to 20 people. Service is impeccable, delivered by waiters in traditional kimono.
