CACAO COEUR DE SAÜL
Large carbet overlooking the village's most beautiful tree, offering eggs sprinkled with cocoa bean nibs for breakfast.
Didier is a cocoa enthusiast who moved to Saül in 2008. And since then, he's had time to build his large carbet overlooking the most beautiful tree in the village... But also to plant over 500 cocoa trees! His guided tour is very popular and will give you a better understanding of the cocoa-making process. As for breakfast, you'll enjoy eggs sprinkled with cocoa bean slivers, delicious Creole chocolate and cupuaçu juice (a plant closely related to the cocoa tree). All in good spirits: not to be missed!
