Maya, a friendly Hmong villager who has lived in Saul for many years, works at the village dispensary, and also offers delicious menus! Her dishes change according to her daily inspiration, and always mix local products with those imported from Cayenne, to offer you a cuisine that's both traditional and exotic. She offers a warm welcome, and as well as great food, you're likely to find yourself chatting with her over a drink for a good part of the evening!

Maya est très accueillante et vous servira des jus locaux, entrée, plat et dessert en fonction de la formule choisie. Tout est fait maison avec les produits locaux. L'ambiance est familiale et Maya partage facilement ses connaissances. Prévoyez de réserver à l'avance.
