Through gardens, fields of christophine and tropical vegetation full of balisiers and tree ferns, this short walk of two and a half hours (round trip) offers magnificent views of the volcano of Mount Pelee and the Atlantic coast of the island. A little advice: go to the car park of the first mountain hut of Mount Pelée to enjoy a magnificent panorama on the small dull Calebasse, the dull Jacob, and in the distance the Pitons du Carbet. A hike that climbs gently all the way up, to be done as a family.
