100% family restaurant in Morne-Rouge offering a menu of specialties based on fresh products.

Line and Léo, the happy heirs of this 100% family restaurant, have extended, rejuvenated and renovated the small wooden Creole case hut that originally existed.

The specialties based on fresh products are displayed on the menu: “le canari de mamie” (grandma's canari), a fricassee of lobsters, crayfish and crabs with a Creole sauce, presented in a canari (an earthenware pot), the famous "Poulet Coco” (chicken) and the “souris d'agneau au colombo Péléen” (lamb shank with Pelée sauce). Finish with the excellent bananas flambéed with old rum or the coconut flan. We appreciate the kindness of Line and Leo.

Menu cuisine locale à 31 E; cuisine de qualité, accueil professionnel et sympathique...Il est vrai que ns étions "hors saison"...donc beaucoup moins de monde ds le resto...! Ns avons passé un bon moment et ns ns sommes régalés !

Bon restaurant, accueil sympa! Repas créole très apprécié. Comme partout maintenant les prix sont un peu élevés! Ambiance musical appréciable. Dommage qu'il soit situé jusqu'au morne rouge. Mais çà fait plusieurs fois que j'y viens et jamais déçu! Je le referai volontiers! Bonne continuation a eux!

restaurant all bamboo as its name suggests. very spacious dining room for groups quite noisy. The real  however is very " trap touriste" (one is folded back by the road by the owner). We went on sundays. Musical entertainment was quite pleasant although we were quite far away. Good meal but not extraordinary. Relatively high prices; in any case for more than a restaurant in the same category. It is not worth can not the visit to Morne Rouge

also were disappointed, were folded back on this restaurant before the visit to the garden of Balata (very well on the way) after 20 minutes a tour in the dull red we arrive at the Bamboo or were received without a smile too loud music in the restaurant and after late check noted doubled blooms on the bill.
