LE DAMAS
On the outskirts of the village, on the way to Ajoupa-Bouillon, Morne-Rouge native Albert Massol has taken up the challenge of opening his own restaurant in his home town, in a family-run establishment. Having cut his teeth working alongside some of Martinique's top chefs in several of the island's establishments, this young chef now offers to sublimate local produce in refined takeaway dishes. Here, everything is homemade, and the chef composes and produces his menus from A to Z (even the bread is made on site). A place to discover without further ado!
