HABITATION CÉRON
This historic site has embarked on a cocoa adventure: it has over 2,000 cocoa trees and makes its own cocoa bars!
A lunch break in the midst of luxuriant nature, under a large carbet. Here, the menu embodies the " slow food " movement, which advocates sustainable cuisine. The menu is deliberately short, simple and evolving, based on the available and sustainable resources of the estate and its producers. At Habitation Céron, the chef offers a cuisine committed to sustainable gastronomy. Nothing is lost, everything is transformed, and the boutique offers a range of fine groceries 100% Martinique, 100% short circuits! You'll find jams, chocolates, syrups, infusions, cocoa...
