Quelle belle découverte ! Le Jarousset est de ces rares adresses capables de transformer un repas en instant magique et envoûtant. Les mets qui nous ont été servis furent des feux d'artifices de saveurs, des compositions audacieuses, subtiles et équilibrées qui traduisent l'intelligence culinaire et la sensibilité d'un grand chef. La sélection de fromages est exceptionnelle par sa qualité. Et que dire de ce Pouilly-Fumé élaboré par Dagueneau, une expérience sensorielle qui vous laisse un souvenir impérissable. Le tout dans un cadre chaleureux et convivial avec le sentiment étrange d’être comme chez un ami de longue date. Il faut dire que la qualité du service et l’amabilité de Jérôme Cazanave et de toute son équipe y sont pour beaucoup. Alors merci infiniment de procurer tant de bonheur et de participer par votre art à rendre ce monde meilleur.
