In the heart of lush vegetation, J.M is one of the island's last artisanal distilleries. The sugar cane comes from the Habitation Bellevue on highly fertile volcanic soil, ideal for growing exceptional sugar cane. From the fermentation vats to the distillation columns, the tour is designed to appeal to all the senses, right through to the boutique, where you can sample singular single casks and exceptional aged rums.

Là nous sommes dans une distillerie à grande échelle. Dommage pour le parcours autonome. Dégustation gratuite. On repart forcément avec des achats. Parc magnifique

Belle rhumerie, tres beau cadre, visite simple et très intéressante,
On ne présente pas ce Rhum de grande qualité.
La dégustation y est généreuse, mais il faut être raisonnable, les achats sur place sint sur certains produits tres intéressants.
