Arlette is the person to see in Saint-Pierre. In her street-side stronghold, right in the heart of Place Bertin, she's the mistress of the place, serving up local specialties and big, varied sandwiches. From the Creole plate to the dombré de chatrou and the lambis aux haricots rouges, you can't help but leave satisfied. Special mention goes to the fricassee of chatrou, one of the best on the island! But perhaps the most bewitching of all is the cappuccino, served in the traditional way overlooking one of the island's most beautiful harbours.

Malgré pas mal d' attente compréhensible vu la qualité et le travail des assiettes, les plats sont vraiment très bons et même fins. Les assiettes sont bien garnies et pleines de saveurs différentes en accompagnement des viandes et poissons savoureux.
Bref, une table qui ne paie pas de mine mais qui vaut le détour, avec un chef passionné, doué et sympa !
