The eponymous hotel has opened a restaurant-tea room that has several spaces: an air-conditioned room for those who like it cooler, a terrace facing the sea and a magnificent rooftop that is totally new to Saint-Pierre. The cuisine is local, colorful, based on local products. We love the "sunset" aperitifs on the rooftop at the end of the week, just to get a little height, admire the sea and sip a cocktail. Congratulations to this young team who has revitalized and rejuvenated this place to make it a must.
