Aurélien has been a pastry chef and confectioner for 20 years, and has worked in some of the finest establishments in mainland France. Today, he presents his own collections of ice creams, sorbets, frozen desserts, crêpes and cookies. His style is refined and contemporary, and the quality of his products is second to none.
