The restaurant takes its name from the eponymous grape variety, which has marked the region's wine-growing tradition. A beautiful and large room, mountain house style with exposed beams, fireplace and bar decorate this restaurant of the hotel Le Vieux Cep. When the weather is fine, tables are set out by the pool. A gourmet and traditional cuisine, with specialities such as duck curry with corn or gratin au gratin with dream wood. The menu usually proposes a Creole starter and a metro dish or vice versa.
