A 5-minute walk from the main street, the Hotel des Neiges is well located and is organized around two swimming pools, heated in winter to 29 °C, ideal for rest, sunbathing and relaxation. The staff is always smiling. The rooms are warm, equipped with TV, Wifi and each one has a small terrace, most of the time facing the panorama of Cilaos. The hotel is ok, with still some improvements to be made: table football, ping-pong table and billiard table are available free of charge, but the equipment is in poor condition.

La piscine avec transats est chauffée, un jaccuzzi est disponible et une table de ping pong avec prêt de raquettes est présente si l'on souhaite jouer. Le personnel est à disposition et très accueillant.
The downside: soundproofing, lacks a shower curtain.
Very friendly service, comfortable room, quality service. Evening entertainment every Saturday evening karaoke, very good atmosphere. Very good value for money. Good address for lovers of the circus.
