Charming hotel with a terrace and a view of the mountain, located a few steps from the main street.
Just off the main street, Le Vieux Cep is a charming, authentic hotel. With its awnings, shingles and mantling, it looks like a Creole mountain chalet. The rooms have been renovated and beautifully decorated, with the presence of wood making them warm and inviting. They feature bathrooms with bath or walk-in shower, TV, WiFi and terraces with views of the mountain, garden or heated pool. Sauna, hammam, whirlpool bath, massage... everything has been thought of for your well-being. It's also one of the town's finest restaurants.

It was a real pleasure lunch with views of the cirque de Cilaos.
The setting is really pretty
Soon, expansion of the reception by adding a library, a small extra pool and a small SPA- beginning of work due at the end of 2015.
In the second time, the construction of a new building for new rooms.
The rooms are simple but beautifully decorated. There is a little " spirit; chalet of montagne" in their decoration, which lends itself to it very well for the area.
Catering: typical dishes offered: creole pâté, fish curry, massalé GOAT, quiche of pet.....
Le balcon de la chambre offrait une vue magnifique.
Mais, la chambre était petite (pour le prix)
Le jacuzzi est en plein air, situé près de la piscine... mais la pluie m'a empêché d'en profiter !!!
J'étais persuadé que le jacuzzi était "privé" sur réservation ???
l'ambiance était tellement TROP CALME que je n'ai pris aucun repas à l'hôtel.
Je n'y retournerai PAS !
