This trail takes you around the Piton des Songes to discover the plants endemic to Réunion Island, with a fine view of the Plaine des Palmistes at the summit. Park at Bras des Calumets at a large parking lot on the N3. Start the hike by passing by the Virgin Mary, then follow the path clockwise. Allow around 2 hours to complete the loop. No particular difficulties, but with alternating ascents and descents.
