Restaurant offering traditional Creole cuisine in Port.

Be careful, when you see the sign indicating the restaurant, park and take the path under the sign, which leads directly to this pretty little Creole hut located at the end of a garden. Open for more than 20 years, La Caz " offers traditional Creole cuisine " à l'ancienne " with curries bichiques, baba-figues and even tangue (in season), a dish that is rarely found at the tables d'hôtes and never in restaurants. A beautiful address, unknown and authentic, that we have been recommending for a long time.

Simple advice: go and have Lunch. Reserve a table the day before. Get the full Meal. You will like it. I spend my vacation on the island every 2 years. I keep coming here to eat. Clean The place is, the food is excellent, people are friendly.
